Any surgeon who does SRS
as an orchi is part of the surgery.
You will need a psych letter giving the green light for it.
Plus you will need oestrogen every day for the rest of your life to avoid osteoporosis.

In the uk it costs up to ?2k = about $3k but I think the op is cheaper state-side.

Have you had psych counselling yet
as this is a pretty big step...

either use the same kit that ranchers use
or get a mistress to do it.
A knife heated on the stove is a good idea to cauterise the wound.
It won't hurt much at all.
