I'm up and down with this. I live in So. Cali.
So, now you can socially smoke it out in the open. Is there going to be areas in which you are allowed to smoke it? Or, do all the laws fly out the window.. It has nothing to do with Weed is safer then... Now, it's ok for our kids to do drugs I guess!! But, yes. Tax it. Use those TAX DOLLARS for correct things and not for war and another way for someone to get a raise.. Fix this messed up roads we have. More parks. Schools, etc.

I've heard it has no chance of passing, just because of these kind of questions, but I imagine if it did you would have hash licenses like you have liquor licenses. Besides the taxes, the TOURISM bucks would be great!!!!
I wouldn't mind putting a few Mexican Drug Lords out of business either. For me, I would be thrilled to see Yankee inginuity put to good use devoloping the perfect THC blend. Just imagine........
