I often drink my own, best time is around 6pm after a few cups of coffee at work, by the time it all works through me it is nearly a clear liquid by the time i get home and i normally use it to dilute some orange juice instead of water, tastes so sweet and i get a full pint glass each time.Have found that after the first glass, because it has already been through the body it only takes a short while to pass through again, about 30 mins, most i have drunk in one evening is 5 full pint. I often wonder what it would be like to drink from someone else
