I encourage you to read the responses in many other threads within the Chat About Shemales section of this site that address the issues implied by this quote from your post:

i'm sorry if anyone misunderstud me. i mean "just a woman" in the sense that no one would know how they were born. not all t-women would want to be party to her date being amused or aroused by other peoples ignorance. but there probaly is some who do.
