Congratulations Jennifer. One team showed up tonight, and it certainly was not the Leafs. The Flyers looked hungry tonight.

I think I'll grab a bottle of hooch and drown my sorrows. By hooch, I mean egg nog.

6-2, that must've hurt shadows, you were very gracious in defeat. But egg nog!?

Jen, the Flyers had a great night, even ESPN-UK chose to show the 'big forum game' last night. Next up the Penguins and ESPN-UK is also showing that tonight. I'm off work today and tomorrow so I'll catch both games live.

Watching the Bruins game. There is a feature called Mini 1-on-1 that features boys under 10 attempting shots on goal. A kid for Lexington-Bedford (a Massachusetts team) just made 3 incredibly impressive goals in 3 attempts, elevating the puck on one that went over the goalie's head, and seeming to aim deliberately at the goalie's skate on another to get him to kick it into the net. Wow! Remember the name Robbie Morris in about 8 or 9 years; he'll be in the NHL (I didn't see whether he could throw a good punch, Jen, so I'm not sure the Flyers will be interested )
