Yup, the "bump" is one of those female things too. Most of human behavior is "learned behavior", so this system sounds plausible to me. I have noticed that USA Tgirls seem to be lagging in the whole "acting fem" department. I would also like to mention that much of the whole image you present as a fem is in your head. A lot of it is a motivational issue.
