Travel shampoo bottles were my first experiments, but I've also enjoyed fingers, vibrators (egg and phalus), and the grip of a vibrating shaver.

This isn't anal, but I've also found that the shavers with the built-in moisturizing/lathering bar are fun to suck on (the handle end of course).
