Okay this is where experience in dealing with these matters comes in. If your a newbie to the game you'll stick out like a sore thumb. And some girls may tell you a higher rate than what they would normally charge. But in the end that little bit extra at most might be an extra fifty bucks. I don't think your nationality would factor TOO heavily into it.

If you like the girl just pay it. if you don't want to pay it, just simple tell her your not interested. Remember. At the end of the day it's just a business transaction.
