Here are mine:

1. Lose an additional 30 pounds. I lost 40 pounds in 2007 and 30 more will get me to a weight I can be happy with. Several years of depression and inactivity due to a serious injury caused me to balloon up to a totally unacceptable weight, but I'm getting back on track now.
