I also like very passable ladyboys, it is only my opinion that a very passable ladyboy can be of just about any ethnic background with that being said! I have never viewed any that would be assumed from an Arabic back ground but I have seen some very beautiful Arabic women. But since they say that they do not have any gay people then I think the odds of us seeing any Arabic pantyboys are extremely low but who knows if it were to happen they may be your new favorite.
