I've been in your spot, Yes i'm a post op M2F, The first thing you should do is find a gender therapist he or she will help you get things rolling and will help guide you on your way.
About final surgery the choice is yours alone if you want to keep your male parts intact then by all means do a lot of us girls never have the final surgery but some girls like me do, For me it was the right vhoice but it's a choice you must make on your own, I wish you luck as this is not an easy thing to do the road is long and you will find many thing trying to block the road and you may encounter a few set backs along the way
