i say gross for many reasons. not just because of moral dilemmas. but STD's, having to pay for sex, etc, etc.

i think it's a highly risky thing on many levels and should be avoided if at all possible. and yes, paying to have sex with a stranger is gross. im not saying i'm above it or havent done gross things, but i wouldnt encourage people to go pay for sex.
