I don't think shemale porn is the most single type of porn with this happening. The more you go farer away from the usual western trend, the fewer you found something in English. The most porn is produced in the USA, but that does not mean they are the standard and everything else in another language have to be a rarity for few people.
For an example, Standard Mandarin is understood twice as often as English. Does that mean the mayor language in porn should be Standard Mandarin? How can you call for them learning and speaking English? How about you learn another language to understand them?
