Well first you have to be fortunate enough to find an TS gurl Escort that's prepared to cum!
This topic has made me think and I realise have had this happen with 4 gurls; in all cases (and as much as you can ever know) no one was in any way 'dodgy' and all appeared to be clean and healthy and certainly would not consider unprotected anal sex (either way).
