Silicon inplants is definately better than saline bags inplants as they feel more natural and pliable.
Badly done jobs with saline bags can cause 'rock hard' breasts Unfortunately homone intake also caused inpotency. The bottom line is a pair of big nice breasts So what is a LB without a 'hard on.'

Personaly, I'd prefer implants. Looks more attractive, more feminine and more of a turn on.
But at the same time, depends on the build of the girl.
