MEn who Love Transwomen

If female lovers are to be included, perhaps PELTs
PErsons who Love Transwomen.

and FELTs for FEmales who Love Transwomen

and perhaps TRALTs for Transwomen who love Transwomen.

And if there're any Transmen out their who love Transwomen, then they deserve an entire sentence, if not a documentary

It may save some typing if it catches on
