For the most part, I prefer natural breasts whether they are large or small since tits are really just icing on the cake. I believe breast implants aren't necessary. However, if it makes a woman feel better about herself, then i say go for it.

Silicon inplants is definately better than saline bags inplants as they feel more natural and pliable.
Badly done jobs with saline bags can cause 'rock hard' breasts
Unfortunately homone intake also caused inpotency.
The bottom line is a pair of big nice breasts

Personaly, I'd prefer implants. Looks more attractive, more feminine and more of a turn on.
