For me it was gradual. I found an old porno magazine when I was in 7th grade that had a small section on shemales. Since i wasn't attracted to men, my first thought was yuck. However, the more I came to accept that they weren't men, but women with a little extra; i finally embraced the attraction. After that, I was in love for life.
