I remember when I first seen a transwoman. I was browsing the internet on some inappropriate sites when I was younger, when an ad popped up with gorgeous women, but they had penises. I didn't know why, but I was extremely turned on at what I seen. I forgot about it for a year or so, but eventually got curious and looked some things up; long story short, it grew on me.

Oh, I've seen a real shemale back in 1998 in Stockholm, Sweden. There is just one (!) very little street in the old town, where the hookers always gather. So there were a bunch of old'n'ugly prostitutes, cursing, smoking and spitting and the only one which attracted me was... yes, a shemale! He (she) was obviously much more prettier than the other hookers on the street, but I did not really like his (or her?) too manly voice and rough hands, etc. Shortly speaking it was more a transvestite, than a ladyboy at all. Though she was prettier than others, it was like picking bad from the worse. Anyway, I wasn't in the mood to spend too much on hookers (and they're expensive in Sweden!), so I just rejected her services and walked away. But I suppose I'd have a heart-attack being in, say, Thailand's hooker street with many gorgeous ladyboys. I'm pretty sure I'd have a very difficult task to solve as whom to choose!
