Why do the majority of Shemale pornstars especially from foreign countries get these terrible Boob Jobs. Some of these gals just get butchered one boob points left the other right. or there a mile apart one nipple points up the other points down. Why do they let these quack plastic surgeons do them like this.

alot of other countries dont have the resources to preform plastic surgery, correctly. The schooling may not be to the same standard as the U.S. A good boobjob can cost $5-6k. This is alot of money in the U.S. not to mention a poorer country. You get what ya pay for

In general, I have approved of most boob jobs I've seen. When the job is done right I think it adds a lot to the over all effect. Sure there are some who go too big and look like they have a couple of melons stuck on em. If a tgirl stays sensible about it and has them done so they compliment her size and shape they are great. A little too big is alright as long as everything else about them is okay. I think the smaller hormonal tits are quite cute on many Tgirls but you have to remember that in order to maintain them they have to keep taking the hormones which can lead to bad long term effects. That is why Tgirls like Bianca Freire go to implants.

Sometimes though, the job goes horribly wrong as the pics of Luiza Abdul show below. Poor girl! I hope she has been able to get something done to improve the situation there.

For a lot of Tgirls, breast implants are a very big change in their appearance.

The pictures, before and after, tell the story.

I would say that every one of these is an improvement and adds greatly to their overall appearance.

Boob jobs have often been a problem for me...personally and professionally. (I'm a photographer - I shoot mostly nude figure with genetic females for art galleries and exhibitions - so I keep a low profile when it comes to my "adult work" side, regardless of whether it's transgenedered or genetic.) Persoanlly, I just prefer natural tits. I think that's one reason hazel turner and Harley Quinn drive me freakin' bonkers!

But, the surgeries are getting better. There was a time when I wouldn't even consider a model for a project if she'd had her tits done. I've seen some absolutely horriffic outcomes over the years. Now, I sometimes can't tell the difference, not by looking or by touching (with permission, of course! )

As with most things, you get what you pay for. It helps too, when someone doesn't go from a natural AA or A to a DDD. Also, the patient's own responsibilities for post surgical care can play a major role as to the quality of the final results.
