Hi Rocío-
You might want to check out Second Type Women site's Orchidectomy section. From what I've seen, castrated tranys "seem" to have better feminization without male hormone blockers, plus it's better for you liver, which is always a good thing. Good luck-WDW

Oh, and Rocio, Now you have to remember that I'm taking testosterone replacement, but in my case Viagra does work, and it works well! So obviously it does work after castration....again, with T replacement.
