I don't think penectomies are routinely performed as part of SRS, as the penis is used to construct the vagina. Penectomies are usually performed for medical reasons such as penile cancer or botched circumcisions which can result in partial or full penectomies. I also believe that those with body dysmorphic disorder have also undergone this procedure before.
