who like penectomy?

I think the first thing you should do is explain what it is before you ask if anyone likes it.

I had to look it up and I think it's the same thing as SRS.

Do I like it? I don't feel the urge to get one since I'm just a normal guy but I support those who want the procedure done.

Even from a non-TG standpoint I think it's an erotic idea... Just a man without a penis. With balls and no penis he'd be super-horny all the time and there'd be no way for him to get off.

I don't think penectomies are routinely performed as part of SRS, as the penis is used to construct the vagina. Penectomies are usually performed for medical reasons such as penile cancer or botched circumcisions which can result in partial or full penectomies. I also believe that those with body dysmorphic disorder have also undergone this procedure before.

A penectomy is just the penis getting chopped off. SRS is when the testicles are removed, the inside of the penis is totally removed, the skin is turned inside out, the urethra is rerouted .... all that.
