It depends on person - Usually, due lacking testosterone, your sex drive may decrease, you may need a lot more stimulation to achieve an erection and an orgasm. If I'm turned on I get plenty hard without any chemical enhancement, that is true.

I wish for the sake of porn that I could give a good cum shot, but in the rest of my life I'm really glad I can jerk off anywhere (like on the train, or airplane, or in my car,) and I don't have to deal with any mess.
