From all of the photos I have ever seen by the best surgeons in the world, including Dr. Suporn, no one has been able to make a neo-vagina look like those 3 photos. They are genetic vaginas. The best way to tell is how the labia minora come together around the bottom of the vaginal opening. The minora never come neatly together in the thin fold on a neo-vagina like that of a genetic vagina. I hope surgeons will find a way to correct this.
