Your course appears only part-formed, and consequently fraught with potential snags.

I understand your overwhelming desire to proceed to Pre-op, but first I would really strongly advise you to have several samples of your semen frozen as a stand-by.

Also, you do not yet know what effect castration will have on your Libido. It affects different people in different ways, and you may be left with a lovely but unco-operative tool between your legs, and hormone supplements / Viagra may not be enough to do the trick.

Are your planning a long-term outcome to this, or are you simply going to take things a step at a time, so-to-speak ? Your personal family life will be profoundly affected too. Loving and being loved comes into this of course.

I'm not trying to discourage you, really. If it's what you want and need, then go ahead - but tiptoe as you go !

I think, however, that you must to some extend "grow some hairs on those gorgeous titties" to be a tranny in a transfobic world.
