When you are alone and about to orgasm, press on the spot at the back base of your testicles. That will give you a little understanding. Also, if you can manage it, a little dildo play could help. Ahh good question!!

I bet as a guy you will probably try to go for something big - guys really have a thing for the big ones. I would say start small, 5" and thin should be more than enough. You may find this is ideal, you may want to go larger, but unless you are a mutant with a superhumanly long anal cavity, 5 - 6" will be more than enough.

Well... the human body is wonderfully designed to compliment an orgasm. Interestingly, I found that the places where people are most often ticklish (armpits, sides, feet) are also highly erotic. I have found that you can reach it, but the amount of stimulation is hard to get with fingers if you want a no hands on the cock orgasm. I won't say it can't happen, but IMO it's just easier with other stuff being used. I also tend to squirm alot, so maybe I just wiggle out of reach *shrug*
