Of course, you are correct: we can't always know. But taking some care with posts goes a long way. For instance, as I wrote, if the picture comes from "Shemale Yum" (which would be clearly indicated on the picture itself), we should assume that the model is not a "pretty boy." In addition, women with obvious breasts are not crossdressers. Yet, people have posted such pictures in this and the Femboys thread!
