It was only a few days ago that I saw your country's president on the tv news saying the same thing that is in the cartoon. He used different words, but the meaning was still the same.

Yeah, the patent issue is truly becoming not only outrageous but obscene.

This cartoon is not about patents. It's about Romney's statement that "corporations are people," made at the Iowa State Fair in the run-up to the Ames Straw Poll.
