Using Condoms for Oral

How many of you actually use condoms for oral sex? Aren't the risks less with oral sex than anal or vaginal sex? Do you swallow?

I'm curious. I've given a few blowjobs without condoms. Never swallowed or had cum in my mouth. But lately I've been worrying that I'm putting myself at risk.

I'd like to hear more about what people consider safe and not safe.
