No I wouldn't say ejaculation is linked to how a girl feels about her penis... I mean I quite enjoy mine... yet I don't have any ejaculate. (Except for the three months I was off my meds.)
Though I never really produced much seminal fluid to begin with... Even before I transitioned, I didn't pre-cum, and when I came it was think and very white.

Well than she may just have over active seminal fluid production. Seminal fluid tastes better than sperm anyways. :D

In my experience, after 9 months, I still get erections, but my girlfriend and I tend to refer to it as a "soft-on" nowadays, as it's still a bit flexible rather than the rigid erections I used to get. It's still good enough for vaginal and anal penetration though.

My testicles have shown the biggest decrease in size, the left is maybe 1/3 the size they used to be, while the right is about half.

My penis has gone from 6.5" erect to 4.75" erect, a 25% decrease in size, although unerect size remains the same.

As for ejaculate, the volume is down about 80%, and it's now completely clear.

Yeah my ex-gf could only achieve the "soft-on" as well. At the time she had been on hormones for a year and a half. But unlike me, she still ejaculated (and boy did it taste good . She also pre-cummed quite a bit.
