It is very courageous, to castrate himself. But if the hot girl really want to do it consistently, that they can increase not only the breasts, but also remove the testicles and the sack. That's cool.

i cant wait to lose my nuts though my surgeon has advised me against it ...as it interferes with srs work later on .. so he has told me when i snip your balls off you really need to be having a full sex change within 2years before the tissue/skin atrophies to much to make a nice vagina/labia etc

That's exactly the one thing stopping me.
Up to about a year ago SRS was not on the agenda but an orchi most definitely was.
However, since then, more and more I've been thinking that I do want a vag.
As you say, an orchi starts a count down
which is not useful when considering life changing surgery.

Oh I forgot to mention that if you have an orchi
then want SRS,
50% of the world surgeons who do SRS
will refuse to operate on you,
specifically because of the lack of donor material.
