I too, can you believe it, flirted with dressing up until it vividly dawned on me, that what I truly wanted was a trans*girl - not to dress up myself. I felt idiotic and wrong when i stood there with the female leather pants... so I gave up... until I finally got the point :-)

I'm about the same as you Hank. When I was in junior high I used to mess around and wear my mom or sister's clothes whenever everyone was out of the house, but what I really wanted was to meet a trans*girl. However I've been a little too unlucky and timid for that matter to go out and try to meet some. But I'm still young so there's plenty of time for it to happen

My cousin used to dress me in her clothes, she loved to make me up, complete with makeup. I could not have been but 8-12 years old when this started and went on. I would stay the weekend with them, and she would always have me sleep in her bed with her. As soon as we were playing in her room, off would go the boy clothes, and on would go the girl clothes. She was 4 years older then I, but so pretty, I wanted to be just like her. She would do makeup on my face, do my hair, paint my toenails and fingernails, the whole deal. No parents ever said anything about it, I guess so long as I didn't complain, and my mom didn't complain, it was okay. When we would go to bed, she would put me in a silky little nighty, or a babydoll. Just what any girl would wear to bed. We slept in the same bed for quite a long time.
