And that was my point too. I was not talking about someone with plenty of testosterone available, like after a vasectomy, these girls don't have their "family jewels" anymore, so that all testosterone will have to be "imported".
And there is the rub. They have to decide how much feminised they want to be, and the more "convincing" they become the less testosterone can be used, otherwise it'll spoil the effect. This will invariably make the prostate gland shrink little by little, and soon the "wad" will be no more. Of course, most can still "cum", but it'll be with much less ejaculate than for someone with the full dose of testosterone. If they go too far, there will be a rather more permanent result that cannot be reversed. A shrunk prostate gland cannot deliver any longer.
