Can the dick be elongated?

I think there is a distinct possibility. If bones can be elongated, why not the dick? And I am not advocating "elongate your dick in two weeks" crap.:D But it certainly can be pumped up and held hard by a cock-ring for 30 minutes! Mine is 6in, well, okay with me, for all practical purposes . But I'm not talking about myself. This is strictly an academic discussion.
