Great to know you do have a sense of pride in yourself. I guess I erred in combining two 'observations' of/from you. The first is that you have in the past, been always shyly 'defensive' about not being 'enough' woman for your dates ( I admit to being angered by the idiots who have let you down). And second, in believing you where becoming 'defensive' again, I mis-interpeted your coment above as 'just' an average girl, as in "the assumption I made was 'pretty' dumb". 'Pretty' foolish of me.
