Technical Question, Frontal Baldness

So, I'm sure some of these full blown shemales/lady-boys have genetics problems with thinning hairlines and such.

Rogaine does not work for frontal baldness, only the stuff that starts on the back top of the head, the vertex.

So how do they keep their shit looking good?

transformation.co.uk had some cream and stuff, but I don't k now if that's even a legit site.

can anyone help?
