Technical Question, Frontal Baldness
 

So, I'm sure some of these full blown shemales/lady-boys have genetics problems with thinning hairlines and such.

Rogaine does not work for frontal baldness, only the stuff that starts on the back top of the head, the vertex.

So how do they keep their shit looking good?

Well, taking Hormone Replacement therapy (HRT) will stop baldness, but not reverse it. In the case of older trans*women who start after hair loss, there are other options that can work like replacement and plugs.. or the ever popular tried and true wig.
