I think it's been answered many times before but let's give it away one more time:That depends.
Not enough lubrication,tension,clumsy partner,lack of experience,big cock and anxiety can make it hurt. Lube your hole,relax,tell your partner to take it easy and if it still hurts just take it in slowly.
