Let's explore the words you use.

You use "appreciate" -- but combined with "so hot" earlier this suggests that what you really mean is whether anyone else is sexually aroused by amputation. Independent of whether one might have such a fetish, the implications are quite disgusting. Think about it: to satisfy your desire, you would have to hope that a transgender person has the tremendous misfortune of either requiring amputation because of illness or having suffered a horrendous accident.

Now, if you meant "appreciate" in a different way (not suggested by the earlier "so hot"), I could answer that I appreciate and sympathize with the difficulty an amputee has going through life, and that I can certainly appreciate an individual -- transgendered or not -- based on the content of her or his character and on her or his actions.

Nevertheless, as I read your post again, I cannot help but reiterate that I believe it to be a sickening provocation. It's unfortunate, in my view, that some others have responded with a desire to promulgate this even further.
