I've heard it has no chance of passing, just because of these kind of questions, but I imagine if it did you would have hash licenses like you have liquor licenses. Besides the taxes, the TOURISM bucks would be great!!!!
I wouldn't mind putting a few Mexican Drug Lords out of business either. For me, I would be thrilled to see Yankee inginuity put to good use devoloping the perfect THC blend. Just imagine........
