I have been noticing especially recently that alot of shemales & tgirls who get boob jobs. For some reason get really bad boob jobs they are too far apart or not shaped right etc., Is it because they go to bad plastic surgeons who do them cheaper?

I really feel sorry for these women who get messed up like this.

It Depends....some Countries Offer The Surgery Cheaper Then Others.and There Are Diffrent Types Of Ways To Install The Bags..notice The Scars Under The Breasts. The Bags Were Installed From That Area.going Through The Nipple Is Another.and Placing Them Under The Muscle Is Another Technique....you Get What You Pay For Right

depends on the surgeon and basically the more you pay the better the job... Ive seen some pretty horrible 3000 foreign jobs...

I agree there are some that had great boob jobs like Holly Sweet, Vo D Balm and Alana Starr which you can see were the more expensive professional boob jobs because they look like boobs should.

Most people have been talking about it in terms of money spent... while that is a piece and factor to results, another one has to do with the rib cage. Most transsexual rib cages are wider than a GG's frame and as a result things like nipple placement can be an issue. The hormone breasts most tgirls develop will often have the nipple pointed to the side.

the main thing most of you forget is simply that a a boob job takes a minimum of a year to settle down to a better appearance in most reality circumstances 2 or 3 years ...

what oyu see 90% in porn is a flat chested girl go from flat to boobs and within a month she i sshooting porn ,, hence the tits look fucked up , fake, over the top, not right ...

yes thre is some that are unlucky and have fucked nipples etc , scars etc ... its a case of skill of surgeon , and very importantly how you look after you new assets ..

my boob job i had in jan 2009 was not bad for a TS ,, nipples are correct, alightnment is correct ,, scars are invisible ..... they have softend up alot now ..only problem now is they are to small for my frame .. so i am getting new boobs at end of year .. but new soft cel silicone implants thare much more squishy...

the big big thing boob jobs is the more breast tissue you have to start with the better the boobs will look me personally i love big fake tits and l love big natural tits .. tits are tits to me at end of day ...

It depends on multiple things and the main thing being the persons body. Some of the "Girls" dont have the body to support those boobs and the bags move and then get stuck in a bad spot. Some just happen from bad doctors.

I have always told people that its better to go with a well known doctor and get a good job done than to get it cheap.

Many tgirls have little breast flesh of their own but are too ambitious with the size of their implants. Some implants may 'settle down' with time & larger implants may be fine for a heavier girl.
