Well, I was addressing that same notion, aa2239 -- that's why I put that one section in
BOLD. That's the whole POINT of that line in the Hippocratic Oath -- namely, that regardless of a patient's "economic stability", a doctor's first and foremost duty is to HELP that person. Hence the next line in the oath that clearly states: "I will prevent disease wherever I can."
