Yes and no. I have a Filipina friend who used to take hormones until she got a cancerous tumor in her breast. Thank God her surgery went well but it made her stop taking the hormones. Naturally she looks like a young girl of about 14 or 15 years even though she is actually 25. She considers herself a TS and wants nothing more than to have sex reassignment surgery. Since she is not taking hormones now and has not had any surgery, she would be considered a trap? Even though she considers herself a TS? I just think of her as a girl with a cock but what do I know!
