I know TracyCoxx will try to dodge answering the question, but the analogy cries out for it: what about stopping Jewish-looking people in Nazi Germany?

Far be it for me to allow something like facts to get in the way. Arizona's law does not empower law enforcement to stop people based on skin color. It simply says that the cops can check the immigration status of an individual who they have already pulled over or arrested. Furthermore, it is obama, not the State of Arizona, that does not respect U.S. law.
