Your are right SMC.
I have heard that some of the larger, symmetrical looking cocks, might have man made additions to them and might not be totally the real thing.
Some of them might have two or so additional parts, that can get screwed on the lower layer. Sort of like how a multi part pool cue stick is made. When you are ready to play, the pieces get screwed together, to make one long cue stick.
I even have heard of three or even four part penis, where various lengths, shapes and girth can be selected. A sort of "one penis fits all", type of penal component set.
