I would imagine that the addition of female hormones on top of being castrated would be pretty rough on the libido!

We are a couple of Pre-op TS girls on hormones for several years. Still functional and considering castration. Our doctor suggested if we lose functionality, a small dose of testosterone may be an option. Could you share your experience with it regarding any side effects as compared to your body's own T pre-castration?
