Yes, all trans girls on hormones can lactate as mammary glands have developed, however since we can’t get pregnant lactation needs to be induced via stimulation.

Breast pumping to induce lactation, like the breast pumps cis women use for lactation during breastfeeding stages. Taking fenugreek supplements and massaging breasts doesn’t hurt either.
