Hormonal Tits Or Tits With Implants ?

In any case I prefer the natural look so I go for hormonal. Although there are some really nice and natural looking boob jobs out there.

I had to have implants because one i was a small A from hormones and two they were cone shaped so to get a good size and nice shape implants were a must

Definitely hormonal are better for me.

Over the years they have been getting better at the implants though.
I remember the first time I experienced implants there were two "U" shaped scars under the nipples were they went in. It was attractive at all and just underlined the fact that I wasn't with a natural girl.

Nowadays they put them in through the armpits and scarring is minimal or non-existent, which makes it better.

But I still prefer hormonal "natural" ones.

I would prefer hormonal tits, but i want C-Cups on me, so if i can't grow them naturally i will use implants.
I love nice shaped tits of a naturally look, but also at least B-Cup.
When the are very good done i have nothing against implants.
But no oversized tits, they look realy bad on a thin girl in my opinion.

Some implants are nice, i find the Thai ladies have about the pefect size,not too big and most of the time they fit their bodies perfectly.At the same time i love a girl with hormonal tits,more then a mouthful is a waste anyways.

Obviously real tits are better, but I like fake ones more because they are so much bigger. Most look amazing too.

Hormonal definitely. Had silicone one time and it was definitely unappealing playing with them. They were definitely cheap and too stiff. If they were high dollar silicone with a little hormonal padding then perhaps.

Yes hormonal are great even better when the hormones were started at a early age thanks to some parents understanding, but with a little help also from implants later in transition yes also nice

Personal, intimate sense of self aesthetic is a complex, delicate subject. I agree with several of you that natural is wonderful. But if a woman finds herself uncomfortable with her look and unasserted socially as a result, the best might be for her to go for bigger, artificial breast. In this context we’re very much talking about women who are in the process of adjusting their physique to their inner feeling of self. I think much more intervention is justified here, when the need is felt.
In terms of aesthetic from my personal point of view, I love either. It depends on the girl. Tiny, little hormone breast can be so adorable, and big, round, generous breast can be gorgeous. It’s exactly as what we see in facial features: it’s the sum total of all parts that creates beauty, not a part in itself seen singularly. Some girls look better with tiny titties, some better with humongous boobs, some either way.
It just reminds me of one of poet Charles Bukowski’s existential questions: “Why is it that some men are born and live in misery, and other spend their lives in humongous breasts?”… Titties are not any more miserable as far as I’m concerned, on the contrary if you live in them…

Hormonal tits always look natural whereas pumped up tits often do not, because they are either badly done or overdone. Most tgirls are naturally small-chested & should chase more modest results with their implants.

That said, some pumped up tits do look more realistic than others. This could be due to the type of implant, the tits becoming more natural-looking with time or the girl is bigger to start with.

Hormonals - always look good. Pumped up - depends.
