The reason you don't see more in US tranny porn, is that the law isn't very clear on it. With people like Max Hardcore being imprisoned on obscenity laws, producers are very careful about how close they push it. It would be nice if there were clear black and white rules (and if producers then didn't try to push the envelope and bring scrutiny down on us all).
